Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a remote Lead Generation Specialist based in Latin America! You will conduct outbound lead generation, primarily through phone outreach to US business owners. This role requires strong communication skills, experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), and proficiency in sales intelligence platforms (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach). The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in outbound lead generation and fluency in English (C2 level). Compensation includes a monthly salary (USD $1,000-$1,500) plus commissions, with a 3-month trial period leading to a long-term contract. The position is remote and works with US time zones.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, or sales
  • C2 English, Strong proficiency in English, with a neutral or minimal accent
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent
  • Ability to navigate sales intelligence platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach)
  • Strong conversational skills with the ability to handle objections and build rapport
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and results-driven mindset
  • Availability to work in time zones aligned with U.S. business hours (preferably Central or Eastern Time)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound lead generation efforts through direct phone outreach to business owners
  • Execute cold calling campaigns based on a provided sales process and scripts
  • Identify and qualify potential leads for business acquisition opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Utilize sales intelligence platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Outreach to source and manage leads
  • Engage with decision-makers and C-level executives in a professional and effective manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Meet and exceed performance targets related to lead generation and appointment setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience engaging with U.S.-based business owners and C-level executives
  • Prior experience working in a remote or international team setting

Benefits

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,500 + commissions per month, depending on seniority and skillset
  • This position will start with a trial period of 3 months, depending on your performance, and will be extended as a long-term contract
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client
