Requirements
- Coachable candidate with a growth mindset and systems thinking skills
- 5+ years in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte etc.), investment banking, private equity or top-tier tech strategy or βbizopsβ functions (Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.)
- Demonstrated expertise in complex analytical problem-solving
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Drive data analyses to break down complex business problems and deliver strategic recommendations
- Own end-to-end data process for key state of the business deliverables (e.g., sales retrospective and quarterly business reviews)
- Work collaboratively to gather and analyze information as well as formulate and test hypotheses with cross-functional stakeholders and partners (e.g., Sales leadership, Sales Ops, Finance)
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in the Enterprise technology industry is a plus but not required
- 3+ years in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte etc.), investment banking, private equity or top-tier tech strategy or βbizopsβ functions (Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.)
- Some SQL / Coding Experience
- Some experience with Powerpoint / Google slides
