Requirements

  • 5+ years in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte etc.), investment banking, private equity or top-tier tech strategy or β€œbizops” functions (Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.)
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex analytical problem-solving
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Drive data analyses to break down complex business problems and deliver strategic recommendations
  • Own end-to-end data process for key state of the business deliverables (e.g., sales retrospective and quarterly business reviews)
  • Work collaboratively to gather and analyze information as well as formulate and test hypotheses with cross-functional stakeholders and partners (e.g., Sales leadership, Sales Ops, Finance)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in the Enterprise technology industry is a plus but not required
  • 3+ years in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte etc.), investment banking, private equity or top-tier tech strategy or β€œbizops” functions (Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.)
  • Some SQL / Coding Experience
  • Some experience with Powerpoint / Google slides
