You will be responsible for identifying and developing new product and market opportunities, developing business cases, defining product requirements, managing projects from concept to launch, managing stakeholders, and developing go-to-market strategies. This role requires 5+ years of experience in New Business, Corporate Strategy, or Consultancy, ideally within healthcare, and strong analytical, entrepreneurial, project management, and communication skills. Fluency in German and English is also required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in New Business, Corporate Strategy or Consultancy, ideally within healthcare, the hospital sector, or SaaS industries
- Demonstrated experience about the integration of AI-driven technologies into business models
- Strong ability to conduct in-depth market analysis, develop business case models, and assess new business opportunities within the healthcare landscape
- Advanced understanding of hospital systems, healthcare economics, and the evolving role of AI in healthcare innovation
- A proactive, entrepreneurial thinker who identifies opportunities in the healthcare sector and drives AI-powered innovation independently, with a focus on creating scalable, impactful solutions
- Proven experience guiding cross-functional and independent teams, managing agile processes, and bringing MVPs to launch
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external partners across various decision-making levels
- Fluent in both German and English
Responsibilities
- Lead the identification and management of new product verticals and market segments
- Assess the economic feasibility of new products and business models, including market, competitive, and financial analysis
- Define product requirements, risk assessments, value propositions, and pricing strategies in close collaboration with the Product and Tech teams
- Oversee the entire process and apply high standard management frameworks, from ideation to the market launch of new product solutions. This includes taking over responsibility for the current pipeline of MVPs in development. Expect to focus on getting these vertical AI products to market as a first big task
- Work closely with both internal and external partners to establish and launch successful product verticals
- Develop and execute market entry strategies in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
