Summary
Join Qonto as a Lead Sales Inbound Germany and coach and develop a high-performing sales team, driving growth in the German market. You will lead market expansion initiatives, implement effective sales strategies, analyze market trends, and foster team growth. This role requires experience in business development or sales, ideally within FinTech or SaaS, with a proven track record in sales leadership. You'll work closely with the Sales Director and leverage cutting-edge sales tools. Requirements
- Experience: You have a successful track record in business development or sales, ideally within the FinTech or SaaS industry, ideally with 2+ years in sales leadership
- Leadership & ambition : You are inspiring, creative, and driving your team to reach its goals. You also have a strong understanding of sales processes and KPI management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Business Partnering : Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of fostering strong relationships across functions
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the German market and business culture
- Tools : You are an expert in Salesforce and Outreach
- Languages : You both speak German and English fluent
Responsibilities
- Lead Market Expansion: Take full ownership of the German market, setting the example for your team and driving strategic initiatives
- Coach and Develop: Enhance team performance through structured coaching sessions and active listening
- Implement Sales Methodologies: Choose and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with Qonto's goals
- Analyze and Report: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting
- Foster Team Growth: foster team members' progress with Qontoβs values in mind
Preferred Qualifications
- Tools : Modjo, Aircall, and Notion are a big plus to onboard quicker into the operational day-to-day
- Languages : Spanish, French, Dutch are a plus
