Summary
Join 3Pillar as a Lead TA and lead end-to-end recruitment processes, drive talent strategies, and partner with hiring managers to attract top-tier professionals. Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and screen, interview, and evaluate candidates. Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Stay updated on the Romanian talent market and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders. Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to workforce planning and employer branding initiatives. This is a fast-paced, growth-driven opportunity to make a measurable impact.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior-level or niche roles
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, international or matrixed organisation
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with various recruiting tools and platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience to hire product-minded candidates from RO, MD & CZ locations
- Fluency in English and Romanian
- Experience with ATS (e.g., Lever, Workday) is a plus
- Bachelorβs degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions across multiple departments
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic guidance
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on both technical and cultural fit
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Minimum 3 team management experience
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy
- Stay updated on the local Romanian talent market and provide market intelligence insights
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on workforce planning and employer branding initiatives
- Mentor and support junior recruiters as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Romanian labour market regulations and trends
- Prior exposure to diversity hiring or global recruiting practices
