Lead Workday Analyst

Summary

The job is for a Lead Workday Analyst to implement Workday solutions and lead a team. The role requires experience with Workday, particularly in Finance or Supply Chain, and strong leadership skills. The position offers subsidized health benefits, vacation/PTO days, and a 401k.

Requirements

• Must have Finance or Supply Chain experience with Workday (HCM experience is a plus but not critical)
• Needs to be adept at implementing Workday from scratch
• Preference for candidates experienced with Lawson to Workday implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday in a lead or senior analyst role
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Workday analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed
• Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday modules
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements
• Manage system upgrades and enhancements, including testing, documentation, and user training
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations for system enhancements
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed
• Stay up-to-date with Workday trends and developments
• Prepare and present reports and updates on Workday projects and initiatives to management
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations and data management initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Workday certification is a plus
