Learning Designer

Summary

The job is for a remote Moodle Learning Designer who will help clients implement Moodle LMS, engage clients in learning experiences, collaborate with other teams, contribute to special projects, and maintain an understanding of business goals. Requirements

• Passion for Moodle and/or drive to improve online learning experiences
• Desire to try new things
• Drive to problem-solve and seek creative solutions
• Ability to view the client implementation as your own
• Ethical obligation to advocate for universal design and accessibility standards
• Solid experience with Moodle LMS (3 or more years)

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic implementations to clients
• Take a consultative approach to help clients get to a fully functioning Moodle implementation
• Engage clients in authentic learning experiences
• Problem solve and find ways to solve clients’ needs in flexible and creative ways
• Collaborate with other team members
• Liaise with IT and Development Teams to deliver on technical requirements and custom development needs
• Contribute to special projects

Preferred Qualifications

A degree in education, adult learning, instructional design, related field or equivalent experience
