Summary

Join California Closets as an LMS Administrator/Contractor and manage our Learning Management System. This part-time (20 hours/week) contract position, funded through the end of the year, offers $30+/hour depending on experience. Key responsibilities include user account management, system integrations, course management, technical support, reporting and analytics, process improvement, and documentation/training. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on LMS administration experience, preferably with Docebo, and strong technical and problem-solving skills. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to support users and drive system enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in LMS administration, preferably with Docebo
  • Familiarity with system integrations, data imports/exports, and basic configuration
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at supporting end users across various levels of technical expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to find innovative solutions and drive process efficiencies
  • Ability to work across teams and with diverse stakeholders to meet shared goals

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain LMS user accounts, roles, and permissions
  • Manage, troubleshoot, and support integrations between the LMS and other enterprise systems (e.g., MS Teams)
  • Assist in the import, configuration, testing, and scheduling of learning content and courses
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to users; troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues
  • Generate and distribute custom and standard reports to support compliance, usage tracking, and decision-making
  • Collaborate cross functional teams to identify opportunities and implement enhancements to improve the user experience
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and provide end-user training when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and related standards is a plus
