Summary

The job is for a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to lawyers remotely. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and have strong English communication skills. Previous experience in an Administrative role, especially legal, is preferred but not required. Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role—legal experience is a plus but not required
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in computer skills and a willingness to learn case management software
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity and confidentiality, with a knack for working well with diverse individuals
• Own a reliable laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) and have a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
• Availability to work during US business hours

Responsibilities

• Provide vital administrative support to lawyers
• Assist with trial preparations, including organizing case briefs and summarizing depositions, interrogatories, and testimony
• Conduct research and gather relevant information for cases
• Draft and file essential legal documents
• Efficiently manage phone calls, schedules, and deadlines

Legal experience is a plus but not required
