As a Legal Project Manager, you will manage and support legal projects across various areas of law, including commercial, employment, and corporate. You will draft and review legal agreements, develop learning materials, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide legal advice. This role requires a legal background, 1-2 years of experience in a legal setting, and strong knowledge of corporate, employment, and/or commercial law. Requirements
- Legal background or a BA in a related field
- 1 to 2 years experience in a legal setting
- Strong knowledge and interest in corporate, employment, and/or commercial law (paralegal experience is a plus)
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Manage and support legal projects across commercial, employment, and corporate law matters
- Lead and assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements, including client and vendor contracts
- Develop learning and knowledge materials for the legal team and other departments to promote knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, support, business development, IT, and finance) on legal matters
- Provide accurate, relevant legal advice on corporate and other legal topics
- Support internal compliance initiatives and ensure legal alignment across the organization
Preferred Qualifications
Fluent in English; other European or Asian languages are a plus
