Lifecycle and Website Marketing Manager

Summary

Join Laka, a fast-growing insurance company, as their Lifecycle Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns, managing customer communications, and optimizing website content to boost conversions. This role requires strong technical marketing skills and experience with CRM platforms. Requirements

• Strong technical marketing skills and hands-on experience working with CRM platforms required

Responsibilities

• Develop lifecycle stages based on customer data (e.g., new sign-up, conversion, retention, win-back) and design campaigns for each stage
• Execute CRM campaigns to drive activation, engagement, retention, and upsell or cross-sell opportunities
• Be accountable for our essential transactional customer communications
• Personalise messaging based on customer segmentation
• Ensure that the website effectively communicates product benefits and maximises conversion into the product experience
• Design and implement automated workflows and nurture streams for different segments and lifecycle stages
• Use our CRM tool to set up triggers, rules, and workflows that guide customers through the journey
• Work with the Market Leads to develop customer segments, positioning and messaging
• Work with the Market Leads and Product Manager to deliver CRM campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CMS platforms preferred, desire to learn a must
• Experience working with Customer.io , Webflow and coding languages (liquid, CSS, HTML) are an advantage
• Speak in addition to English, French, German or Dutch
