- Proven experience in developing and executing successful customer lifecycle and retention strategies
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavioral targeting, and personalization techniques
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty within the India and Europe/UK regions
- Create and manage multi-channel campaigns tailored to different customer segments and lifecycle stages of our India and Europe creators and fans
- Design and execute onboarding programs to improve user activation and early engagement
- Monitor and analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and customer success teams to develop and optimize customer journeys that increase retention and lifetime value (LTV)
- Develop and test personalized marketing campaigns to drive cross-sell, upsell, and retention efforts
- Use segmentation and customer insights to deliver targeted, relevant communications that enhance the customer experience
- Work closely with the content team to develop engaging and relevant messaging for different customer segments
- Utilize marketing automation tools to create workflows that nurture customer relationships and drive desired actions
- Report on key lifecycle marketing metrics (e.g., churn rate, retention rate, LTV, engagement metrics) and present findings to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing to continuously improve strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Hubspot is preferred but not required
