Summary

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty for Amaze's creator platform in India and Europe/UK. The role requires 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or a related field, strong understanding of global audiences, particularly in India and UK, and proficiency in using marketing automation tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer retention, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of global audiences, specifically in India and UK
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful customer lifecycle and retention strategies
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavioral targeting, and personalization techniques

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty within the India and Europe/UK regions
  • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns tailored to different customer segments and lifecycle stages of our India and Europe creators and fans
  • Design and execute onboarding programs to improve user activation and early engagement
  • Monitor and analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and customer success teams to develop and optimize customer journeys that increase retention and lifetime value (LTV)
  • Develop and test personalized marketing campaigns to drive cross-sell, upsell, and retention efforts
  • Use segmentation and customer insights to deliver targeted, relevant communications that enhance the customer experience
  • Work closely with the content team to develop engaging and relevant messaging for different customer segments
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to create workflows that nurture customer relationships and drive desired actions
  • Report on key lifecycle marketing metrics (e.g., churn rate, retention rate, LTV, engagement metrics) and present findings to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing to continuously improve strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Hubspot is preferred but not required
