Requirements

  • Industrial engineering, business administration or related field, specialization in operations or logistics (desirable)
  • Experience in technology startups (must-have) and in companies focused on logistics (optional)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in operations, operational processes, consulting or related fields
  • More than 2 years of experience in team management
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in problem-solving
  • Mastery and proven experience in the implementation of continuous improvement projects, Lean Six Sigma and other agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of operational processes, creation of manuals, flowcharts and management indicators
  • Solid knowledge of statistical analysis, scenario simulation and quantitative methods

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects of improvement for the area and in the continuous search for effective, scalable solutions with a focus on task automation
  • Detect opportunities for improvement in the different business lines facing the described audiences
  • Optimize processes and perform analysis together with global teams, focusing on task automation and the development of new and improved features for the application
  • Work with global, local, and support teams to ensure the best quality of service for all our audiences
  • Analyze and optimize internal configuration processes to improve the development of our products on our platform
  • Expand our service models to new geographies articulately
  • Monitor and optimize the main KPIs of the area
  • Manage corporate-level indicators with the deployment of action plans to improve their efficiency, service levels, and scalability
  • Management of the fleet necessary for the operation of the unit, including driver acquisition, incident support, among others
  • Develop strategies to strengthen the value proposition and lead continuous improvement
