Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leadership development, organizational development
• Conducts new hire orientations and onboarding programs both for Turkey and abroad offices
• Promote all training sessions and events while collaborating with operations department
• Responsible for organizational excellence of training programs and processes for their overall effectiveness
• Event management of employee engagement activities through a range of projects including internal events
