Responsibilities

• Curate Luxury Itineraries: Design bespoke travel experiences tailored to client preferences, including exclusive accommodations, private tours, and VIP access
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact, ensuring seamless service from planning to execution
• Partner Coordination: Liaise with luxury hotels, airlines, private tour operators, and experience providers to secure VIP offerings
• Travel Logistics & Documentation: Manage bookings, travel documents, and special requests, ensuring a smooth journey
• Real-Time Support: Provide 24/7 assistance to address last-minute changes and resolve issues
• Industry Research: Stay updated on luxury travel trends, emerging destinations, and exclusive experiences
• Technology & Organization: Utilize travel management software to track bookings, payments, and client preferences

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in luxury hospitality or concierge services
• Experience with travel booking platforms (Axus, TravelJoy, Sabre, Amadeus)
