Summary

Join Boulay's Business Transaction Group as a Transaction Group Manager (ESOP Advisory) to provide corporate finance and ESOP advisory services to middle-market companies, supporting corporate, ownership transition, and other objectives. As an active participant in key phases of the transaction and consulting engagements, you will perform financial analysis, prepare financial modeling, present client presentations, co-lead client discussions, research market data, review project reports, manage team responsibilities, and develop best practices within the Transaction Group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting
• 5+ years of experience preparing transaction opinions or performing financial (ESOP-specific experience preferred) advisory services
• CFA, CPA or other related certification

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and financial and other due diligence
• Prepare and deliver financial modeling and other support for ESOP transactions, financial opinions, and other valuation engagements
• Present client presentations, transaction materials, and other related correspondence
• Co-lead client discussions and due diligence meetings
• Research and compile market data for prior or future transactions
• Possess the ability to review and provide feedback regarding project reports prepared by engagement team members
• Manage and prioritize team responsibilities
• Ensure that “best practices” are developed and used within the Transaction Group, including policies, processes, and tools
