Manager, Emerging Media & Technology

Summary

The Ad Council is seeking a Manager, Emerging Media & Technology to support their team's center of excellence in growing the organization’s reach, brand relevance, and credibility in emerging spaces. The role involves managing multiple projects at once, fostering deep relationships with partners, planning and launching test & learn partnerships, providing reports on project success, conducting research, managing the Ad Council’s Emerging Media & Technology Committee, participating in internal taskforces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing materials and presentations, and occasionally attending industry conferences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience at media or creative agencies
• Familiarity with the media landscape and some experience in emerging media platforms and technologies
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with colleagues within and outside AC’s Media department
• Skilled at project management; organized and detail-oriented with a capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while thriving in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
• Proactive and adept at taking ownership of projects with manager’s oversight
• Ability to multitask and successfully deliver simultaneous projects on-time and within budget
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• A genuine interest and passion for social causes, volunteering and/or philanthropy
• Proficiency in working with tools like Salesforce, Smartsheet, Tableau, Microsoft Office, Box and Google Workspace
