Requirements

  • More than one year of professional experience in the insurance or financial sector, ideally in a comparable position
  • Qualification as Kaufmann fΓΌr Versicherung und Finanzen or Fachwirt fΓΌr Versicherungs und Finanzen
  • Deep knowledge of property insurance and good knowledge of life and health insurance
  • Expertise in product development, market analysis, and project management
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented work ethic
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Organizational skills, teamwork, and a cooperative attitude

Responsibilities

  • Conducting product-, market-, need- and sales analyses to strengthen the company's market position and identify new business opportunities
  • Developing and implementing evaluation and recommendation logics to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of insurance products
  • Building relationships with project partners to expand the portfolio of insurance products and meet customer needs
  • Controlling and monitoring the performance of insurance products on the market to identify opportunities and risks early and respond accordingly
  • Coordinating all liaison themes between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Participation in various projects for the further development of the insurance business and development of concepts for optimizing insurance processes
