Summary

The job is for an insurance sector professional to join the CLARK team in Germany. The role involves conducting analyses, developing evaluation logics, building relationships with project partners, controlling and monitoring insurance products, and coordinating liaison themes. The ideal candidate has experience in the insurance or financial sector, ideally in a comparable position, and qualifications as a Kaufmann für Versicherung und Finanzen or Fachwirt für Versicherungs und Finanzen.

Requirements

• More than one year of professional experience in the insurance or financial sector, ideally in a comparable position
• Qualification as Kaufmann für Versicherung und Finanzen or Fachwirt für Versicherungs und Finanzen
• Deep knowledge of property insurance and good knowledge of life and health insurance
• Expertise in product development, market analysis, and project management
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented work ethic
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Organizational skills, teamwork, and a cooperative attitude

Responsibilities

• Conducting product-, market-, need- and sales analyses to strengthen the company's market position and identify new business opportunities
• Developing and implementing evaluation and recommendation logics to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of insurance products
• Building relationships with project partners to expand the portfolio of insurance products and meet customer needs
• Controlling and monitoring the performance of insurance products on the market to identify opportunities and risks early and respond accordingly
• Coordinating all liaison themes between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
• Participation in various projects for the further development of the insurance business and development of concepts for optimizing insurance processes
