Summary

Join Wonderschool, a company using technology to support childcare providers, as a mission-driven leader to manage the provider recruiting team. Manage a team of 6–8 full-time employees and part-time contractors, focusing on sourcing and qualifying new childcare providers. Drive the growth of qualified providers starting new programs by partnering with the Senior Manager of New Supply. Execute and iterate on recruitment campaigns, develop operational systems, and work cross-functionally to improve user flows. Analyze and improve the lead funnel, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for automation. Shape digital outreach efforts and lead experiments to enhance lead quantity and quality. Collaborate on forecasting and reporting to track progress and inform strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting, growth marketing, sales, or customer acquisition roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams, with a strong track record of coaching to high performance
  • Experience working with a CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) to manage and report on lead flow
  • A resourceful, test-and-learn mindsetβ€”you move quickly, ask good questions, and try new things
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters
  • Execute and iterate on multi-channel recruitment and engagement campaigns
  • Develop systems for daily operations and team execution, ensuring work is aligned to KPIs
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Support to improve user flows and accelerate lead engagement
  • Analyze and improve the lead funnel, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
  • Help shape digital outreach efforts (e.g., CRM campaigns, website optimizations, referrals) to drive provider action
  • Lead experiments to improve lead quantity and quality
  • Collaborate on forecasting, dashboards, and reporting to track progress and inform strategy

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus: fluency in Spanish
