Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience with Salesforce administration and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Pardot
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and report on data from multiple systems
  • Strong project management skills with experience in streamlining processes and implementing automations
  • Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • High attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and system integrity

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce and the marketing automation platform (HubSpot or Pardot), ensuring they are fully integrated and operational for revenue-driving activities
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to streamline lead management, sales processes, and customer engagement workflows
  • Ensure data cleanliness, integrity, and accessibility across systems, enabling accurate reporting and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain key reports and dashboards to track revenue performance, pipeline health, lead flow, and marketing effectiveness
  • Drive the alignment of marketing, sales, and customer success processes, ensuring smooth hand-offs and clear communication between teams
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and other critical operational processes by building scalable systems and automations
  • Identify inefficiencies in current revenue operations processes and work to streamline them
  • Lead training initiatives for team members to ensure best practices are followed in Salesforce and the marketing automation platform
  • Partner closely with the revenue leadership team to ensure strategic objectives are met and data-driven decisions are made
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to senior leadership, providing recommendations for improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment or marketing technology solutions
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.)
  • Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to mentor team members on revenue operations best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing tool investments
