Summary

The job is for a Sales Development Manager at Horizon3.ai, a fast-growing remote cybersecurity company. The employee will be expected to manage, train, mentor, and develop the skills of the team, set goals and plans, and achieve quarterly and annual objectives.

Requirements

  • Ability to motivate high-volume, goal-oriented lead generation reps on a proactive and sustained basis
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for handling both staff and external customers
  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding established goals
  • Identify ways to define and refine lead generation and lead management processes
  • Evaluate prospective database needs and requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build, coach, and lead a sales development team that focuses on prospecting into the ideal customer profile
  • Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member
  • Develop monthly, quarterly and annual lead management goals and plans
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual lead development objectives
  • Develop and execute an effective annual business plan to reach lead management goals, including incentive plans for reps and metrics
  • Act as a champion for the forward momentum of the company
  • Provide feedback on the quality of leads driven by marketing and marketing communications teams to create an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years prior SDR management experience, preferably at a fast-growing CyberSecurity or SaaS company
  • 2 years of direct selling experience
  • Proficiency and creative use of Outreach.io
  • Excellent skills in the use of Sales Force.com application
  • Experience with recruiting, training, directing and motivating staff
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
