Join Appfire as our Global Manager of Talent Acquisition, based in Poland, to lead worldwide hiring initiatives. You will oversee and improve the end-to-end hiring process across North America, Europe, and Asia, ensuring scalability with Appfire’s growth. Responsibilities include leading full life cycle recruitment, managing a distributed team of recruiters, partnering with the People team and business leaders, and serving as a strategic advisor to hiring managers. You will manage recruiting vendors, design scalable strategies, identify best-in-class practices, modernize the recruiting process, and deliver talent insights. This role requires significant global recruiting experience, team management expertise, and a proven track record of leading recruiting organizations through transformation. Requirements
- 8-12 years of progressive recruiting experience, with significant time supporting global or multinational organizations
- 4+ years of experience managing and developing geographically distributed recruitment teams
- Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems — Greenhouse preferred
- Proven change management experience in leading recruiting organizations through transformation and scaling
- A demonstrated commitment to building high-performing, inclusive teams by leveraging innovation, operational rigor, and a growth mindset
- Analytical thinking with the ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights
- Comfort recruiting across multiple talent markets, from early career to senior executive roles
- A passion for continuous improvement, relationship-building, and elevating the global hiring experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the full life cycle recruitment process globally, ensuring alignment to regional and functional hiring needs
- Develop, mentor, and manage a distributed team of recruiters across multiple geographies
- Partner closely with the global People team and business leaders to craft effective, localized recruitment strategies
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, guiding workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and hiring decisions
- Manage a network of recruiting vendors internationally, ensuring accountability for key performance metrics
- Design and implement scalable recruiting strategies, processes, and guidelines to attract and retain top global talent
- Identify and champion best-in-class assessment, interviewing, selection, and closing practices across diverse markets
- Modernize and streamline the recruiting process, infrastructure, tools, and overall candidate experience on a global scale
- Lead the evolution of our candidate experience from initial sourcing to offer acceptance, with an eye toward consistency and excellence across all regions
- Supervise and optimize global recruitment process initiatives and technology solutions
- Deliver talent insights and market research to inform recruiting strategies and influence business decisions
- Personally manage select executive or high-priority requisitions as needed
