Summary

Join Telix Pharmaceuticals as the Talent Acquisition Lead and support the international rollout of its prostate cancer imaging agent. Partner with hiring managers to define roles, source top talent through various channels, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage job offers, and build relationships with stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field required
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated success in a consultative or business-partnering capacity, specifically in high volume recruitment, required
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.) – Paylocity or Greenhouse a plus
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for talent and operational excellence
  • Understanding of legal and compliance issues related to recruitment in the United States
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define and design roles that align with business objectives, including scope, responsibilities, level, and success metrics
  • Proactively identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive interview experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive job offers and extend them to selected candidates, through offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners (as needed) to understand hiring needs and industry trends
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Ensure all recruitment processes follow relevant laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting in healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, or similar industries strongly preferred
