Requirements

• 1-3 years managing people and 5+ years in a Data Analytics role or related with a preference for experience in a technology/SaaS environment
• Strong leadership skills combined with a hands-on approach and ability to guide a team through ambiguity
• Compelling communication skills: You are a skilled communicator with a demonstrated ability to influence decisions through communicating technical concepts and complex data and insights to a variety of stakeholders in diverse settings
• Versatile analytics skills: Demonstrated experience in various analytics areas domains with a proven ability to identify customer groups, calculate return on investment (ROI), conduct A/B testing, create insightful dashboards, and analyze customer satisfaction
• Data infrastructure and modeling knowledge: A solid understanding of data infrastructure and data modeling principles is essential to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytics processes
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies: Expert-level skills in SQL, intermediate proficiency in Python (including libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib), familiarity with Python scripting for automation and data ingestion, and extensive experience with business intelligence tools (particularly Looker, but experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and others is welcome)

Responsibilities

• Build and guide a team of analysts who will collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., RevOps, Sales, Engineering, etc.) to build and maintain executive-level dashboards and conduct analysis on factors relating to conversion, customer satisfaction, deployment, and more
• Influence and inform go-to-market, customer support, product strategy, processes, and execution with your analysis

• Manage the Operations Data Analytics staff, providing direction, support, and resources they need to perform and grow. Responsible for the development, engagement, and performance of the team
• USA-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $155,000 USD and $209,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs
• Canada-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $133,000 CAD and $155,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs
