Summary

Design and manage employee surveys, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Conduct market analysis to enhance and communicate benefits and rewards. Serve as a key advisor, building strong relationships and leading internal communication strategies. Champion continuous growth by challenging existing practices and seeking innovative solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program and project management, employee experience, engagement, or HR operations
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Proven expertise in program and project management, with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Demonstrated experience using analytics to drive business and employee experience outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-impact People & Culture initiatives from concept to completion, leading cross-functional projects, optimizing workflows, and implementing robust change management strategies
  • Own and continuously improve the entire employee journey by developing and refining programs for onboarding, engagement, performance management, recognition, and offboarding
  • Design and manage employee surveys (engagement, pulse), translating data into actionable insights, clear reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Conduct market analysis to enhance and communicate our benefits, perks, and rewards, ensuring they are competitive, aligned with our strategy, and valued by employees
  • Serve as a key advisor and build strong relationships across the business, leading internal communication strategies for the People & Culture team to ensure alignment and drive engagement
  • Champion a culture of continuous growth by challenging existing practices, proactively seeking innovative solutions, and scaling programs to constantly elevate the employee experience
