Summary

Join Fever, a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, as a Project Manager to manage big events and partners, project managing the entire lifecycle of an event, liasoning with multiple cross functional stakeholders, ensuring all actions needed to achieve project goals are on track and well documented, preempting partner needs, working closely with cross functional stakeholders to problem solve, course correct and proactively communicate, understanding the event, creating a Q&A that our customer service can utilize to service customer queries, communicating product needs (Fever usability) and process needs to HQ, and delivering them.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management or management consulting
• Fluent in English. Fluency in other European languages is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management skills. Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
• Analytical, organized & solutions oriented. Ability to handle large amounts of work in parallel work-streams
• Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
• Ability to think strategically when faced with an events partnership brief or with our proprietary data on what events work
• Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty

Responsibilities

• Manage some of Fever’s biggest events and partners
• Project manage the entire lifecycle of an event
• Liaison with multiple cross functional stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, Etc
• Ensure all the actions needed to achieve the project goals are on track and well documented
• Preempt partner needs, and work closely with cross functional stakeholders to problem solve, course correct and proactively communicate
• Understand the event, and create a Q&A that our customer service can utilize to service customer queries
• Communicate product needs (Fever usability) and process needs to HQ, and work with product/engineering to deliver them
• Depending on the event, your presence on site might be required during the launch or other important dates
