You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for various call center roles, managing large candidate pipelines, and meeting weekly hiring targets. Success in this position requires strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills, along with familiarity with ATS platforms and high-volume recruitment workflows. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives under pressure, and is comfortable working remotely. Scale Army offers a full-time, remote position with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven high-volume recruitment experience in BPO / call center / sales agent / CS roles —no exceptions
  • Strong knowledge of the LATAM and African markets
  • Experience working in fast-paced recruitment environments with high pressure and weekly targets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills —you know how to juggle 100+ candidates and still hit your numbers
  • Strong candidate assessment skills —you know how to spot a top-performing agent within minutes
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, bulk outreach tools, and high-volume recruitment workflows
  • Native-level or near-native English proficiency
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, and proactive personality
  • Comfortable working fully remote, independently, and under tight deadlines
  • Proven experience communicating with clients in a recruitment setting—understanding requirements, reporting progress, and ensuring service delivery expectations are met

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for BPO and call center roles (sales agents, CSRs, appointment setters, etc.)
  • Manage large candidate pipelines and conduct high-volume screening to meet weekly hiring targets
  • Run fast-paced discovery calls, evaluating communication, aptitude, technical requirements, soft skills, and English proficiency for global client standards
  • Communicate regularly with clients to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and account managers with urgency and precision
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, assessments, and job expectations to minimize no-shows and dropouts
  • Track all recruitment activity using our ATS and internal dashboards—data accuracy is key
  • Meet and exceed weekly hiring KPIs
  • Own the candidate experience from first outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding handoff

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for appointment setting, outbound sales, or English-speaking offshore call center roles
  • Familiarity with remote recruitment best practices for LATAM and international call center markets
  • Experience working with Ashby ATS
