Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience in app user acquisition
  • Directly managing an 8-figure+ paid social and programmatic budget
  • Experience launching and learning into multiple new channels from the ground up, outside of usual domain expertise (e.g. launching paid search campaigns, coming from a paid social background)
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute incrementality tests quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end user acquisition strategies aligned with driving exponential user growth under payback guardrails
  • Utilize a deep understanding of multiple advertising platforms’ algorithmic functions to maximize campaign performance
  • Quickly analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and inform decision-making
  • Design and execute incrementally tests to measure the true impact of marketing campaigns
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer motivations and user behavior to enhance targeting and creative messaging
  • Clearly communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams around the globe to drive user growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design (e.g. bayesian methods, causal inference)
  • Experience driving high-scale acquisition from paid social and programmatic media buying, but not exclusive to these channels
