Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2β5 years of experience in publisher acquisition, ad tech, affiliate marketing, media buying, or digital sales
- Proven track record of hitting acquisition or revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of digital publishing, programmatic advertising, and monetization models (CPM, CPC, RPM, etc.)
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic knowledge of analytics platforms
- You have an Upper Intermediate level of English and are fluent in Spanish
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-potential enterprise and mid-market publishers for acquisition in LATAM Spanish speaking countries
- Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals
- Pitch and demonstrate the value of our monetization and traffic solutions to prospective publishers
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements aligned with company targets
- Collaborate closely with onboarding and account management teams to ensure successful implementation and launch
- Track, analyze, and report on outreach and conversion KPIs
- Stay informed on industry trends, ad tech innovations, and competitor activity to adapt acquisition strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of contacts in the digital publishing space
- Experience with SSPs, native ad platforms, or header bidding solutions
