Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or market strategy, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or related industry
- Strong understanding of higher education and corporate learning environments
- Fluency with CRM tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo to manage sales pipelines and campaigns effectively
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through innovative strategies and customer-centric solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research and sales performance analysis
- Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in both independent and team-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify untapped opportunities and emerging trends in the higher education and corporate learning sectors
- Build, manage, and optimize a robust pipeline of potential clients, focusing on new customer acquisition and expansion sales
- Qualify opportunities and build trust with key decision-makers to accelerate the sales cycle
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market initiatives, including competitive positioning and targeted sales approaches, to establish and grow Echo360βs market presence
- Partner with marketing, product, and enablement teams to craft tailored campaigns and resources that address specific market needs
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to refine strategies and inform sales approaches
- Track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes
