Partner Marketing Analyst

Summary

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a similar role
• Advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international partners
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM/PRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance and extract actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement partner engagement initiatives to foster strong relationships, enhance collaboration, and drive business growth
• Support the execution of co-marketing campaigns with partners, including email marketing, webinars, co-branded content, events (virtual and in-person), and other initiatives
• Collaborate with Partner Sales and Success Managers teams to gather insights and ensure marketing efforts align with partner needs and business objectives
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as newsletters, case studies, and educational materials, to showcase the value of partnerships and product benefits
• Coordinate partner communications to ensure they are informed about product updates, new opportunities, and value-added services
• Efficiently manage marketing budgets to optimize partner-related initiatives
• Analyze and report on the success of partner marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement
• Oversee the promotion and management of rewards programs for partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in organizing partner-related events (internships, volunteer work, or personal projects considered)
• Previous experience with B2B and the tech industry
• Middle-advanced Spanish
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and partner engagement best practices
