As a Marketing Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing data to drive strategic decisions and optimize performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on B2B marketing
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Looker, or other analytics tools
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, and Ringlead
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Own the data hygiene for the marketing team, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all data sources to enable effective decision-making
  • Collaborate with Sales, BI, and Marketing Leadership to ensure alignment on data needs, forecasts, and performance metrics critical to achieving KPIs
  • Own key marketing analytics processes such as weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, attribution, lead routing, and pipeline analysis to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing performance
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to set up and maintain tracking mechanisms and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key marketing metrics
  • Enable the marketing team to track and report on their own campaign performance, providing tools, training, and support to foster self-sufficiency in data reporting
  • Execute on marketing analytics initiatives to ensure the right data is collected and interpreted to optimize campaigns and improve lead generation
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to help inform marketing strategies, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI
  • Continuously monitor and improve the integrity and accessibility of marketing data to ensure that teams are equipped with the necessary information to drive results
