Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Law, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably within gaming, advertising, or tech
  • Familiarity with digital marketing practices and advertising guidelines (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve marketing assets (ads, copy, imagery, email, social media, affiliates, influencer content, etc.) for compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines, platform rules (e.g., Facebook, Google), and brand standards
  • Ensuring that all guidance provided by the Legal department is applied and followed through by the marketing teams
  • Ensure to liaise with the relevant people in the legal and compliance team to review and get approval as needed
  • Overseeing internal communications of any changes to regulation and ensuring it is being adhered to within given deadlines
  • Conduct regular audits of live marketing campaigns across platforms to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Staying abreast of social media topics and trends that do not comply with our policies
  • Monitor changes in platform policies and regulatory requirements in key markets and communicate relevant updates to the team
  • Work closely with marketing, legal, and product teams to embed compliance considerations into the campaign development lifecycle
  • Assist in developing and delivering compliance training for marketing and user acquisition teams
  • Maintain detailed records of compliance reviews and approvals
  • Support regulatory inquiries or audits with required documentation and analysis
