Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and execution
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana (or willingness to learn)
- Basic knowledge of website content management (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, operations, or administrative role (internships included)
- Exposure to marketing processes, tools, or workflows
Responsibilities
- Manage requests for swag and professional development (PD) packs, ensuring timely fulfillment
- Support the ordering of print materials like flyers, business cards
- Handle minor website or marketing asset updates to keep content fresh and accurate
- Help support requests and inquiries for our advocate/Pioneer program
- Maintain and update Asana and Notion to track marketing projects and deadlines efficiently and keep our internal clients up to date
- Organize and distribute agendas, recordings, and materials for trainings and team meetings
- Support broader marketing initiatives by assisting with coordination, logistics, and administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling swag, event coordination, or logistics
- Experience updating websites or social media content
- Familiarity with Asana, project management tools, or content management systems
- Previous experience in EdTech or a similar industry
