Requirements
- Applicable knowledge of marketing data analytics and tools
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ad Manager, Asana, Google Analytics, Excel, Canva, OMS systems
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Leverage data analytics to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights
- Use this data to support decision-making within the marketing team and to align marketing activities with broader revenue objectives
- Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy
- Extract and analyze key marketing performance metrics for monthly reports
- Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels
- Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels
- Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics for lead generation, website traffic, and other KPIs
- Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns, new product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement
- Assist marketing managers in managing data for integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics
- Translate complex data and analytical models into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
- Planned and executed initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)
- Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities
- Stay up to date with market and online trends relevant to the brand to ensure campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market
- Maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous working experience as a Data Marketing Analyst or Account Manager for 4 years is desirable
- Good project management skills and experience with project management tools, particularly Asana would be a plus
