  • Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated success in generating and nurturing leads through various marketing channels
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing and sales efforts
  • Hands-on experience with creating content for various campaigns across channels
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret key performance metrics
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to experiment, fail fast, and iterate quickly
  • Native fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead demand generation efforts
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy
  • Design and implement inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and the sales cycle
  • Help create high-impact content
  • Develop and manage the social media calendar
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance
