Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies
• Demonstrated success in generating and nurturing leads through various marketing channels
• Experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing and sales efforts
• Hands-on experience with creating content for various campaigns across channels
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret key performance metrics
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to experiment, fail fast, and iterate quickly
• Native fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with business goals
• Design and implement inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and the sales cycle
• Help create high-impact content, such as whitepapers, case studies, product overviews, and blog posts
• Develop and manage the social media calendar, creating social posts across all platforms, but with a primary focus on LinkedIn
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance
