Marketing Event Manager

Summary

Join Hostinger's Creatives team and manage marketing-focused events for top-tier influencers, affiliates, and industry communities. You will collaborate with various teams to expand Hostinger's brand presence. Requirements

• You are passionate about planning and executing successful in-person events and exploring brand sponsorship opportunities in industry conferences
• You have 3+ years of experience in event or trade show management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful events
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, partners, and clients
• You have experience working with production houses, agencies, and freelancers
• You are proactive and can anticipate challenges, finding solutions quickly and efficiently
• You have a strong creative mindset, bringing new and exciting ideas to life
• You can fluently communicate in both English and Lithuanian

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and attend various events and trade shows, including top-tier global Hostinger Influencers’ meetups, global and local WordCamps, and other industry conferences with brand sponsorship opportunities
• Coordinate all aspects of the event or brand presence, from concept development, planning, and communication to logistics and execution, to align with Hostinger’s brand and business goals
• Establish and nurture partnerships with suppliers, agencies, vendors, and other external partners
• Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and implement improvements for future events
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance our event experiences
• Manage event-related communications and ensure a high-quality attendee experience
