Requirements

• A strong understanding of the blockchain space and experience using platforms such as Twitter (X), GitHub, and Farcaster
• 2+ years leading marketing efforts in Web3, with a strong understanding of community dynamics and the crypto audience
• A data-driven approach to decision-making, measuring success, and iterating strategies
• A knack for crafting engaging and shareable content that simplifies complex blockchain concepts for devs and non-techies
• A talent for spotting collaboration opportunities within the Web3 landscape and forming meaningful partnerships

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with Ackee’s mission and business objectives
• Track off-chain metrics to evaluate campaign success, iterate on strategies, and deliver measurable impact
• Expand Ackee’s reach across platforms like Twitter, Farcaster, and GitHub through targeted campaigns, product launches, and engaging threads
• Plan and produce high-quality, Web3-native content that speaks to devs, DAOs, protocols, and the wider blockchain community
• Showcase initiatives like the School of Solana and Solana Auditors Bootcamp, highlighting our commitment to devs education
• Set the Ackee visual and work with our design team to deliver the coolest swag, audit reports, and digital products
• Collaborate closely with our clients on amplifying the Ackee message and stay in touch with KOLs, journalists, and our community
• Manage and support the team's IRL footprint at events such as DevCon, EthPrague, EthDenver, EthDubai, Solana Breakpoint
