Marketing Lead

Summary

Join Bitpanda as the Lead Marketing Manager for Germany and spearhead marketing campaigns and initiatives. Leverage your expertise in customer demographics and targeted sales to expand Bitpanda's reach and boost brand awareness. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels, overseeing campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis. Conduct market research, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and analyze KPIs to optimize marketing strategies and manage the marketing budget effectively. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of online marketing experience, fluency in German and English, and a strong understanding of the fintech industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on both digital and traditional channels
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to optimise marketing ROI, manage and grow brand awareness through consistent messaging and innovative campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external vendors, agencies, and key partners
• Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively
• Provide regular budget reports and forecasts to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability
