Responsibilities

  • Develop precise and differentiated positioning for our SaaS platform, highlighting how it powers personalization and optimization across dynamic creative advertising and omnichannel experiences
  • Craft customer-centric narratives that showcase how our technology seamlessly integrates into advertising workflows like campaign creation, creative testing, and optimization for platforms such as Facebook, Google, Amazon, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Translate technical product features into clear, compelling business benefits that resonate with stakeholders, including marketing executives, creative teams, and media buyers
  • Create a suite of materials tailored for enterprise use cases, such as: Product guides explaining how to set up and optimize dynamic ad templates for diverse formats (e.g., carousels, videos, interactive units)
  • Create a suite of materials tailored for enterprise use cases, such as: Case studies that demonstrate how customers achieve higher ROI through personalized ad variants or improved A/B testing workflows
  • Create a suite of materials tailored for enterprise use cases, such as: Whitepapers exploring advanced personalization strategies, such as layering contextual targeting with dynamic creative optimization for real-time bidding (RTB)
  • Create a suite of materials tailored for enterprise use cases, such as: Sales battle cards that compare features and benefits against competitors like Innovid or Flash Talking
  • Develop visual and strategic materials to illustrate our product vision, such as workflow diagrams, product integration maps, and example campaigns that highlight cross-channel synergy (e.g., TikTok videos feeding seamlessly into Instagram stories)
  • Conduct research on competitors and industry trends, producing actionable insights that inform product positioning and marketing campaigns
  • Analyze enterprise marketing pain points, such as the challenges of scaling ad creative production, managing omnichannel consistency, or meeting stringent personalization requirements. Use these insights to sharpen our messaging and feature prioritization
  • Work closely with the Product Management team to understand the roadmap and ensure that new features and enhancements are effectively communicated to internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with Sales teams to create tailored pitches, presentations, and enablement tools that empower them to confidently articulate our product’s value proposition to potential customers
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align messaging across all channels, from website content to trade shows, ensuring consistency in how the product is represented
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers during product rollouts, providing in-depth explanations of technical features and how they address specific use cases, such as: Automating the generation of creative variants for seasonal campaigns or high-volume A/B testing scenarios
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers during product rollouts, providing in-depth explanations of technical features and how they address specific use cases, such as: Enabling channel-specific optimizations, such as creating bespoke creative for programmatic ads while maintaining brand consistency across email and on-site experiences
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers during product rollouts, providing in-depth explanations of technical features and how they address specific use cases, such as: Setting up multi-touch attribution systems to track the effectiveness of personalized messaging across the customer journey
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and Q&A sessions to ensure customers fully grasp the capabilities and strategic benefits of our platform
  • Gather feedback from customers and internal teams about product features, challenges, and potential areas for improvement. Use these insights to refine messaging and influence the product development roadmap
  • Track the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, such as adoption rates for new features or customer engagement with marketing collateral and iterate as necessary to improve outcomes
