Join Ema, a leading AI platform company, as their Marketing Lead to spearhead analyst and influencer marketing initiatives. You will elevate Ema's visibility in top-tier analyst reports (Gartner, IDC, HFS), build relationships with key consulting firms (BCG, McKinsey, PwC), and secure strategic placements in influential publications like the Harvard Business Review. This role involves operationalizing an advisor-led content engine, collaborating cross-functionally, and tracking the measurable impact of marketing efforts. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in high-growth SaaS or AI-driven startups, a proven track record of success in influencer marketing, and a deep understanding of the enterprise tech ecosystem. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office work three days per week. Compensation will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or AI-driven startups
- Proven success in influencer, analyst, partner, or field marketing with measurable pipeline impact
- Deep understanding of the enterprise tech and services ecosystem β including advisory firms, GSIs, and analysts
- Track record of managing executive stakeholders and complex cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in shaping narratives and thought leadership
- Comfortable operating in high-velocity, ambiguous environments; you thrive on building from 0β1
Responsibilities
- Lead analyst relations strategy to secure Ema/ABTβs inclusion in top-tier reports (Gartner, IDC, HFS, etc.)
- Build and manage relationships with key influencers and consulting firms (BCG, McKinsey, PwC)
- Partner with our advisor network to create and distribute high-impact thought leadership
- Drive placements in top publications like Harvard Business Review
- Develop a scalable, repeatable advisor-led content model
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with pipeline and revenue goals
- Track and report on measurable impact of analyst and influencer marketing efforts
