Requirements

  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
  • Relevant experience in managing campaigns and projects
  • Experience with creating, producing, and trafficking marketing campaigns such as promotional activity, print production, website updates
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), Salesforce and/or Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation software
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, and delivering results in an organised manner
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to respond to and manage changing deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate to varying audiences and stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Lead the research, planning, and execution of data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns tailored specifically to the German market, with a focus on local brand positioning, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and other stakeholders by creating, scheduling and organising regionally relevant campaigns and calendars, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and on budget
  • Create campaign briefs and working with the EEA Marketing Executive, Design and Content teams to help deliver to the briefs; ensuring all messaging and creative assets are culturally relevant, linguistically accurate, and aligned with local customer behaviours and regulatory expectations
  • Strengthen Pepperstoneโ€™s brand presence in Germany by increasing awareness, improving digital visibility, boosting customer engagement and driving local site traffic
  • Plan and manage local advertising efforts, utilising German media outlets and platforms. Optimise marketing investment using digital metrics and performance data
  • Continuously assessing and reporting on the results of campaigns and implementing improvements where necessary, working closely with Marketing Science to do so
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Research, SEO, and UX, to ensure a consistent and culturally attuned customer experience across all touchpoints within the German market
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with local content publishers and regional advertising agencies to amplify brand reach and effectiveness
  • Work with technology and data science teams to create personalised, timely and relevant customer outbound communication strategies
  • Ensure that all marketing activities and materials targeting the German audience meet local regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Organise and execute local events, seminars, and sponsorship activations in Germany to enhance brand visibility, engage with key audiences, and support customer acquisition and retention efforts
  • Managing and working in close collaboration with our German Sales Teams in Dusseldorf

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant Tertiary Degree (Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business)
  • E-mail or mobile marketing experience
  • Experience in CFD and Forex industries
  • Experience in a fast-moving digital B2C company
