Requirements

  • You’re a T-shaped marketer with expertise in digital marketing and campaign strategies
  • Experience at an early-stage B2B healthcare technology SaaS company - ideally you were the first, second, or third marketing hire!
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing including aspects of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and online advertising
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience using your strong analytical skills to fine-tune marketing program performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and methodically autonomously
  • Familiarity with an assortment of digital platforms such as LinkedIn Ad Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot
  • Strong presenter with excellent writing skills who wouldn’t hesitate to host a webinar or deliver a (small) talk at a conference
  • Experience managing agencies, partners, contractors, and freelancers

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
  • Design and execute email campaigns that nurture leads, engage buyers, and drive conversions
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content that resonates with our target audience
  • Manage VideaHealth’s social media presence, including content scheduling, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, managing paid amplification efforts, and analyzing social media performance metrics to refine strategies and drive key results
  • Partner with an outside agency to ensure VideaHealth’s website offers a seamless and engaging user experience, with updated content, optimized navigation, and fast loading times
  • Analyze paid and owned channel performance and the effectiveness of our demand generation programs
  • Embrace the Unknown: Raise your hand and roll up your sleeves to tackle new marketing programs and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certification
  • SEO and search marketing experience
