As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and lead the firm's marketing strategy, overseeing content creation, digital marketing, and public relations. You will manage a team, external vendors, and cross-departmental initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong marketing planning, content development, digital marketing, project management, and media relations skills. The salary range is P700-P1000.

Requirements

  • Strategic Marketing Planning – Ability to design and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business development goals, including budgeting and ROI tracking
  • Content Development & Thought Leadership – Skilled in managing blogs, podcasts, and attorney-authored content with consistent tone, quality, and compliance
  • Digital Marketing & SEO Expertise – Proficient in SEO, paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google), and lead generation to drive web traffic and conversions
  • Project & Team Management – Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee internal staff, external vendors, and cross-departmental initiatives
  • Media & Public Relations – Experienced in pitching to national/legal media, writing press releases, and managing PR efforts to boost brand visibility

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Lead Marketing Strategy – Own the annual marketing plan, aligning all efforts with business development objectives and measurable KPIs
  • Oversee Content and Thought Leadership – Manage blog, podcast, and attorney-led content to position the firm as a trusted voice in family law
  • Drive Digital Marketing and Lead Generation – Optimize the website, SEO, and paid media campaigns to generate qualified inbound leads
  • Manage Brand and Social Media Presence – Curate and execute a consistent social media calendar, primarily on LinkedIn, to showcase firm wins, thought leadership, and initiatives
  • Coordinate Public Relations and Media Outreach – Pitch stories, manage press releases, and build relationships with media outlets to elevate the firm’s profile

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Legal Marketing (Divorce/Family Law) – Familiarity with the nuances of marketing legal services, especially in sensitive practice areas like divorce and family law
  • Podcast Production Knowledge – Ability to oversee or contribute to the planning, production, and promotion of podcast content
  • Proficiency with CRM and Analytics Tools – Experience using platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems to track campaigns, segment audiences, and report on performance
