Requirements

  • Graduate from Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian skills (both written and spoken)
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Great user of Google Suite programs
  • Good understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Eager to learn and grow

Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the team in various administrative tasks, systems & marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth workflow and organization
  • Monitor and prepare various types of reports of the team and cross-functionally
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Help build and maintain automated cross-functional systems
  • Support all marketing team with consistent communication flow, weekly, monthly updates
  • Communication with external resources
  • And other assigned tasks

Prior experience with administrative tasks, remote teams, international communication
