Join Deel as a Senior Marketing Operations Business Partner and drive strategic and operational initiatives supporting marketing campaign execution across teams. You will own marketing operations campaign execution, working with Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to implement processes and best practices. Responsibilities include process improvements in marketing technologies (HubSpot, Braze, Demandbase, Salesforce), audience segmentation, traffic management, campaign support, data integrity maintenance, and training. The role requires 5+ years of experience in marketing operations in fast-paced B2B organizations, expertise in marketing automation and Salesforce, and strong understanding of integrated B2B marketing. You will report to the Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing & Operations. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, particularly in fast-paced B2B organizations
- Proven experience managing campaigns using marketing technology systems
- Advanced expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot preferred) and Salesforce, with a focus on scaling operations
- Strong understanding of integrated B2B marketing, account-based marketing, product-led growth, and data infrastructure
- Experience supporting large-scale projects with cross-functional, culturally diverse teams
- Skilled in implementing processes to ensure campaign execution and tracking, enabling data-driven insights
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn reports into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence in a remote work environment
- Growth-oriented with a strong drive, able to navigate ambiguity and operate independently in a fast-paced global setting
Responsibilities
- Proactively own process improvements and best practices within key marketing technologies such as Hubspot, Braze, Demandbase, and Salesforce to ensure demand generation and nurture programs are running successfully and meeting our lead and conversion goals
- Own the process for audience segmentation building within our automation and communication tools
- Own the traffic management for outbound email and in-app marketing campaigns to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Support campaign execution including campaign creation architecture, lead management, target list creation, and segmentation, and QA for campaigns, workflows, and data issues
- Build and execute programs within key marketing technologies, as needed, to ensure timely launch of marketing campaigns
- Work closely with other GTM Operations teams to maintain the integrity of customer and prospect data by ensuring data cleansing, de-duping, and enrichment programs and processes are implemented and managed
- Create documentation, training materials, and enablement presentations, as well as train GTM teams when needed
- Assist with the onboarding of new marketing technologies and ensure they correctly function in our technology stack
- Provide exemplary service to internal customers such as sales, marketing program managers and executives
