Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, operations, or analytics (internships count!)
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in marketing performance measurement
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for marketing technology and data-driven decision-making
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and optimizing Wealth.comβs marketing automation
- Set up and execute email campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing sequences
- Support landing page creation, A/B testing, and form tracking to enhance conversion rates
- Oversee all marketing-related software, tools, and subscriptions, ensuring proper access, renewals, and budget alignment
- Maintain and clean marketing data within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ensure accurate data tracking for lead attribution, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline contribution
- Manage contact segmentation and audience targeting for marketing initiatives
- Support demand generation campaigns by managing program execution and performance monitoring
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, including email engagement, lead conversion rates, and ROI
- Assist in the development of dashboards and reports to provide insights for the marketing team
- Work closely with the demand generation, content, and sales teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives
- Assist in monitoring and managing the marketing budget, including tracking expenses, subscriptions, and campaign costs to ensure alignment with financial goals
- Research and recommend new tools and technologies to improve marketing efficiency
- Assist in process documentation and optimization for marketing workflows
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with reporting tools
