Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing and revenue operations experience and excellence at a B2B software company
  • 3+ years experience owning marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Lean Data, Salesloft, Marketo and ZoomInfo
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and decision-making
  • Experience with process optimization and automation, with a focus on improving efficiency and scalability
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of driving results and delivering measurable impact on marketing and sales performance
  • Well organized, self-driven individual who has experience driving internal processes

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lead management process, including lead capture, qualification, and distribution to the sales team
  • Identify gaps in the lead funnel process; use data and automation to increase both the quantity and quality of the marketing-generated pipeline
  • Be responsible for all aspects of lead & account scoring, supporting routing, and handling monitoring. This includes designing and building out a lead-scoring approach, identifying any issues, implementing solutions, and developing a system to monitor the entire funnel
  • Capture, review and analyze revenue-generating activities, surfacing opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness at every stage of the process. Find mechanisms that can enrich our existing data to improve our analysis and decision-making
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to develop and execute targeted lead nurturing campaigns, ensuring leads are effectively engaged and moved through the sales funnel
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and sales outcomes. Provide visibility into the ROI of marketing initiatives and campaigns to help prioritize future investments in lead-generation activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives and drive towards common revenue goals
  • Own the execution of key cross-functional funnel initiatives - design solutions manage timelines, define strategy and partner on implementation and documentation
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to develop, optimize, and deliver change management for the GTM team on Sales Processes/Methodology/Playbooks
  • Provide ad hoc support related to Funnel tooling and processes; manage custom requests, questions and issues
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing technology stack, including managing system configurations, integrations, and user training
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing operations and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketo certification
  • Familiarity with ABM
