Summary

Join Honeycomb's Marketing Ops team as a Marketing Operations Specialist and contribute to impactful, data-driven marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing HubSpot, executing marketing automation, ensuring data quality, and generating performance reports. This role requires 2+ years of experience in marketing operations with a strong focus on HubSpot management and proven technical skills. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or related role, with a strong focus on Hubspot management
  • Proficient in Hubspot, with experience in marketing automation, workflows, lead scoring, and CRM integrations
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with datasets in Hubspot to build reports and dashboards
  • Detail-oriented, self-reliant, and process-driven mindset. Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Help build, test, and execute marketing campaigns through various channels
  • Act as an technical administrator for Hubspot, executing on database management and system configurations to maintain data integrity and performance
  • Collaborate with marketing to set up and execute campaigns in Hubspot, including form creation, list building, email marketing, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting
  • Help maintain database hygiene, perform data audits, and create segmentation strategies to enable targeted marketing efforts
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and communication regulations, suggesting and executing on improved processes
  • Support defining campaign goals, success metrics, and generating reports on key outcomes, providing insight into campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with other tools like Google Analytics, Excel/GSheets, HTML or other languages
